The sidebar
Section titled “The sidebar”Your folders and tables are at the top; drag the sidebar’s edge to make it wider. Below them:
| Page | What it shows |
|---|---|
| All tables | Every folder and table, and a box to find one |
| Activity | Your tables, storage and tool calls, and the latest changes |
| Agents | The agents you’ve connected, each with its access, and a way to disconnect it |
| API tokens | Tokens for your own code |
| Trash | Deleted tables, each with a way to bring it back as it was |
Upload puts a file in as a table: see Upload a file.
A table’s rows
Section titled “A table’s rows”A table opens as a grid. Each column’s header shows what it holds: its type, and a chart or its most common values.
- Click a column’s name to sort by it.
- Click its chart to open the column’s panel: its figures, its distribution or most common values, and the columns it correlates with. Click a bar there to filter by it.
- Click a cell to read all of it.
- Search rows, Filter and Columns are above the grid. The charts always show the whole table.
Beside the rows
Section titled “Beside the rows”Three buttons at the top of a table open a panel beside its rows:
- History: every version, newest first, who made it and why. Choose one to see the table as it was, see what changed, or go back to it. Going back makes a new version.
- API: the table’s API URL, and how to call it.
- Share: whether the table is public, and its links. The button reads Public while it is.
The ⋯ menu has the rest: Describe or rename, Upload a new version and Move to trash.
