ChatGPT

ChatGPT connects to MCP servers such as rho in developer mode.

1. In ChatGPT, open Settings → Apps & Connectors → Advanced settings and turn on Developer mode. On a Business, Enterprise or Edu plan, an admin may need to allow it first.

2. Back in Apps & Connectors, choose Create.

3. Name it rho, give it the URL below, and choose OAuth for authentication. Leave the client ID and secret empty: rho registers ChatGPT itself.

4. rho opens: sign in, choose Read and write or Read only, and allow it.

In a chat, choose rho from the tools menu. ChatGPT asks you to confirm each call that writes. That includes query, which can save its result as a table or make a receipt, even when a call only reads.
