Privacy policy
Last updated November 1, 2026
This policy says what personal data rho keeps and why. Questions and requests go to contact@rho.store.
What we keep
- Your account: your email address, and your name if you sign in with Google.
- Your tables: the tables you and your agents write, with their versions, and who wrote each one.
- How rho is used: which tools and endpoints are called, when and for how long, and the size of your storage. Our logs hold table ids, row counts and timings. They never hold what’s in your tables, or the results of queries.
- Connections: the agents you’ve allowed and the API tokens you’ve made. Tokens are kept only as hashes.
- Technical data: IP addresses and similar request data, in our providers’ logs.
The site and the app have no advertising or analytics trackers. The app keeps your session in your browser’s local storage, so that you stay signed in.
Why, and on what basis
We use this data to run rho for you and to keep it secure and working. Your account, tables and connections are needed to provide the service you signed up for (the contract between us). Usage and technical data are kept for our legitimate interest in running a secure and reliable service, and to set limits.
We don’t sell your data, or use your tables to train AI models.
What others can see
A table is private until you make it public. A public table, or a receipt, can be seen by anyone with its link. They see its latest version or the result, and never your email address.
Who processes data for us
| Provider | What for |
|---|---|
| Railway | Runs the server, the database and the storage for your tables, in the EU |
| Cloudflare | Serves the site and the app, and sends our email |
| Google sign-in, if you choose it |
Some of these providers are based outside the EU, or keep logs outside it. Where data leaves the EU, it’s covered by safeguards such as the EU’s standard contractual clauses.
How long we keep it
We keep your account and tables for as long as your account exists. Versions and tables in the trash are kept too, so that anything can be restored. When you ask us to delete your account, we delete your tables and personal data, except what the law requires us to keep.
Your rights
You can ask to see, correct, export or delete your personal data, or object to how we use it, by writing to contact@rho.store. If you’re in the EU or the UK, you can also complain to your data protection authority.
Changes
If this policy changes in a way that matters, we’ll tell you by email or in the app.
